Assessing students’ satisfaction from online learning experiences at Soc Trang Community College

Abstract

The article presents the result of assessing students’ satisfaction from online learning experiences at Soc Trang Community College, based on three components:  (1) Online learning tool, (2) Online learning effectiveness, and (3) Online learning benefits. The social investigation and mathematical statistics were used to collect, analyze, and assess the relevant data among 348 students. The result shows that students were generally satisfied from online learning experiences at Soc Trang Community College, especially that of online learning benefits.
