Hệ số hấp thụ quang trong chấm lượng tử có thế năng điều hòa

Bài báo tập trung nghiên cứu hệ số hấp thụ quang học (OAC) trong chấm lượng tử hình cầu (SQD) vật liệu GaAs dưới tác động của thế giam giữ điều hòa. Bằng cách áp dụng phương pháp Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU), phương trình Schrödinger được giải để thu được các biểu thức giải tích tường minh cho hàm sóng và phổ năng lượng của electron. Dựa trên lý thuyết nhiễu loạn phụ thuộc thời gian bậc một, biểu thức tổng quát của OAC cho cả chuyển mức nội vùng (intra-band) và liên vùng (inter-band) đã được thiết lập. Các kết quả tính toán số và đồ thị bằng phần mềm Mathematica cho thấy OAC phụ thuộc mạnh mẽ vào các tham số vật lý của hệ. Cụ thể, khi bán kính chấm (​) tăng, cường độ hấp thụ cực đại giảm đáng kể do sự thay đổi mức độ khu trú của hàm sóng. Ngược lại, nhiệt độ (T) tăng dẫn đến sự gia tăng cường độ hấp thụ theo phân bố Fermi-Dirac. Đặc biệt, các đỉnh hấp thụ chỉ xuất hiện khi thỏa mãn quy tắc chọn lọc Δℓ=±1. Kết quả cũng chỉ ra rằng các chuyển mức liên vùng xảy ra ở vùng năng lượng cao hơn và có cường độ lớn hơn hàng chục lần so với chuyển mức nội vùng. Những phát hiện này cung cấp cơ sở lý thuyết quan trọng cho việc thiết kế và tối ưu hóa các thiết bị quang điện tử hiện đại như laser chấm lượng tử, cảm biến và pin mặt trời hiệu suất cao.
