Tóm tắt
Trong bối cảnh hội nhập quốc tế và tác động mạnh mẽ của Cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ tư, khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo được khẳng định là một trong những động lực quan trọng thúc đẩy tăng trưởng kinh tế và nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh quốc gia. Trong bối cảnh đó, các trường đại học được xác định giữ vai trò quan trọng trong việc hình thành tinh thần khởi nghiệp và hỗ trợ sinh viên phát triển các ý tưởng, dự án khởi nghiệp. Bài viết sử dụng phương pháp tổng quan tài liệu để phân tích các cách tiếp cận lý luận, mô hình tổ chức và thực tiễn quản lý hoạt động hỗ trợ khởi nghiệp cho sinh viên trong trường đại học. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy hoạt động hỗ trợ khởi nghiệp đã được triển khai với nhiều hình thức đa dạng, song hiệu quả phụ thuộc lớn vào năng lực quản lý, mức độ tích hợp với chiến lược phát triển của nhà trường và cơ chế phối hợp giữa các chủ thể trong hệ sinh thái. Trên cơ sở đó, bài viết xác định khoảng trống nghiên cứu và gợi mở một số hàm ý nhằm góp phần đổi mới quản lý hoạt động hỗ trợ khởi nghiệp cho sinh viên trong các trường đại học Việt Nam.
