Abstract

In the process of the country’s revolution, no matter what the situation was, President Ho Chi Minh always particularly took interest in education and training. According to the thoughts of Ho Chi Minh, the way building and developing intellectual and talented staff is: "Training new intellectuals. Renovating the former intelligentsia. Intellectualizing agro-industrial labor force. Raising awareness of agro-industrial working class for intellectuals”. Mastering Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, many of workers, farmers have been trained to become leaders, talented scientists having made  significant contributions to the national resistance.
