Abstract

Joining the integration and renewal of higher education, the University of Commerce has actively innovated its education and training on the “pen”orientation, strengthening links with partners to diversify training forms: innovated methods, training programs, formats with a flexibility regarding time and space in order to meet its output standards, contributing to making a learning society.
