Studying the effects of sport training to flatfoot syndrome in adults

Abstract

Long-term overload impact on the foot is one of the most significant causes of flatfoot. This article reviews materials regarding the adult in flatfoot conditions and at-risk athletes, as well as introducing two approachable methods for students to self-diagnose foot morphology and functions: plantoprapgy examination by V.A. Shtriter and by V.A. Yaralov-Yaralyants.
