Abstract

In the current context, training human resources, especially those of competent skills, high-tech and decent adaptation to technology in production practice, is an extremely difficult task for vocational training institutions. To ease this task, the Federal Republic of Germany conducts a training association between vocational schools and enterprises, also called dual training. In our country in recent years, some vocational schools have applied the "dual training" model and achieved certain results. This article clarifies: Dual training and benefits; The practices of dual training in our country, and thereby proposes some solutions to promote double training between vocational schools and enterprises.
