Using IPA model to evaluate the quality of training services at Tuy Hoa Industrial College

Abstract

The research goal is to identify and evaluate the criteria of training service quality at Tuy Hoa industrial College. The research data were gathered from 430 college students. The research methods included descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha, Exploratory factor analyses (EFA) and Importance-Performance Analysis model (IPA). The results based on IPA are as follows: “Development focus” 4/22 criteria, “Keeping on” 10/22 criteria, “Development limitation” 6/22 criteria and “Investment decrease” 2/22 criteria.
