Giải pháp tháo dỡ khó khăn cho doanh nghiệp khi đăng ký kinh doanh tại tỉnh Thái Nguyên

Abstract

Reforming administrative procedures in business registration is done to create favorable conditions for enterprises in terms of time and paperwork when contacting pronicial planning and investment departments. However, a number of problems for enterprises are still observed such as a high rate of unaccepted cases, inappropriate requirements for certain items, etc., which creates a negative impression about the registration section. This paper aims to find out the problem causes and propose some solutions for improvement to help businesses postitively committed to their economic activities, somehow making Thai Nguyen province prosperous.
