Thực trạng quản lý hoạt động giáo dục lối sống xanh cho sinh viên các trường cao đẳng nghề tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Abstract

Green lifestyle education for students at vocational colleges is an important task in achieving sustainable education goals and meeting the demands of national development in the context of globalization. However, the task has not yet received adequate attention from vocational institutions. This article presents the survey results on the current state of managing green lifestyle educational activities for students at vocational colleges in Ho Chi Minh City. The study was conducted with 130 participants, including administrators and lecturers from five vocational colleges in Ho Chi Minh City. Research methodologies included questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, which were coded for qualitative analysis, while Excel software was utilized to calculate mean scores and rankings. The findings indicate that the management of green lifestyle education in these vocational colleges have challenges at every single stage of planning, implementation, directing, investigating and evaluating. These findings serve as a critical foundation for principals to propose appropriate management solutions, thereby enhancing the quality of education for students in alignment with Ho Chi Minh City’s sustainable development orientations.
