A survey on teaching and learing general informatics at Ha Tinh University, results and recommendations

Abstract
This paper presents the results of the survey on how General Informatics is currently taught and studied at Ha Tinh University in the academic year 2018 – 2019. It also points out some quality-related factors. Thereby, several solutions are proposed to boost students’ interest and teaching quality of this subject in the university at the present time.
