Abstract

Sustainable poverty reduction in Vo Nhai district is identified as a difficult, long-term task, requiring the whole community’s participation, in which Poverty Reduction Leadership Committee have a specially important role. However, it practically shows that many factors,  both subjective and objective, have negatively affected the Leadership Committee’s operation. As a result, it now requires that there should be appropriate solutions for improvements and developing the role of the Leadership Committee in practising poverty reduction policies in this locality.
