The importance of Vietnam students' learning methods in the integration

Abstract

Vietnam is developing along with many major economies in the world. In this integration, Vietnam is receiving enormous capital, technology, and high-quality human resources. However, it also has many challenges with the global human resource. For the requirements of the domestic and foreign workforce, in addition to the teaching of lecturers, it requires students to self-learn effectively and develop the skills for the future. This paper examines learning methods, effective ways of learning in countries of high quality education, leading to solutions for self-learning and teamwork. Then, Vietnam students can integrate with global human resources more effectively.
