Current status of moral education management for secondary schools students in Binh Minh town, Vinh Long province

Abstract
Managing moral education for students is part of general educational management at schools. Schools can be considered as a miniature society and managing moral education is a purposeful process of impact, based on scientific principles, laws and objective conditions. It is the Principal who influences educational forces, students and other supporting factors to strengthen educational resources. This will help schools achieve the set goals with the highest quality and efficiency. The article presents the current status of managing moral education for secondary school students in Binh Minh town, Vinh Long province. A 5-point-scale questionnaire survey was used and joined by managers, teachers and parents of students in 05 secondary schools in Binh Minh town. The survey results showed that although the management of moral education in this area has received more attention from schools than before, there is still room for improvement. Thus, the results provide implications to proposing solutions to improve the quality of this task in secondary schools in Binh Minh town, Vinh Long province in the coming time.
