Abstract

In the context of renovation and comprehensive education, management of professional training activities for preschool teachers is considered a key factor to improve the quality of preschool education. This study researched the management of professional training activities at 07 prechools in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City, with 118 managers and teachers involved. The main research method is a 4-point Likert questionnaire survey, combined with statistical descriptive data processing and quantitative analysis. The results show that the managed contents such as planning, organizing, directing and inspecting, and evaluating new nurturing activities are at an average level. Limitations are found in the specific and synchronous implementation. The research results contribute to providing a practical basis for improving the quality of professional training and measures applied for better outcome among preschools in this area.
