Thực trạng quản lý hoạt động phối hợp giữa nhà trường và gia đình trong chăm sóc trẻ ở các trường mầm non trên địa bàn thị xã Bình Long, tỉnh Bình Phước

Abstract

The management of coordinated activities between schools and families in childcare at preschools plays a crucial role in fostering a healthy educational environment, enabling children to learn and develop within a consistent framework shared by both school and family. This collaboration also enhances parents’ awareness and capacity in childcare and education, thereby establishing a strong and sustainable partnership between the two educational settings.This study focuses on investigating and assessing the current situation of managing these collaborated activities at preschools in Binh Long Town, Binh Phuoc Province. A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire was administered among 101 participants, including school administrators and teachers. Data were processed and analyzed using Microsoft Excel Data Analysis.The results show that overall management performance from fairly good to good levels across four core functions: planning (M = 3.94), organizing (M = 3.78), directing (M = 3.80), and inspecting and evaluating (M = 3.87). The schools have made significant progress in developing and implementing coordination plans. However, limitations remain in communication and advocacy skills among staff, as well as in the organization and leadership of coordination activities. The findings provide an important foundation for proposing appropriate management measures to enhance the effectiveness of childcare and education at preschools in the current context.
