A literature review on digital communication in education

Abstract
In the digital age, the rapid development of digital technology platforms is driving a powerful digital transformation, shifting communication from direct to indirect methods through technology. This, therefore, has changed how we communicate, work, and learn, creating new opportunities for student engagement, collaboration, and learning while overcoming geographical barriers. This article examines various aspects of digital communication in education, including the different types of digital communication, their advantages and disadvantages, and the methods used in educational contexts. It clarifies important elements of digital communication research and provide valuable information for future studies.
