An evaluation of moodle use for blended-learning courses (A case study at Quy Nhon University)

Abstract
The article reports the practical use of Moodle for blended-learning short courses of the 2020 National Foreign Languages Project hosted by Quy Nhon University. The obtained experiences show that Moodle, with its provision of features optimized for online or blended courses, is efficient in terms of content delivery, time savings, low cost, and post-course professional networking. However, to maximize its efficiency, institutions are advised to allocate more resources to their IT infrastructure and to training their IT technicians and teaching staff.
