Some factors influencing the ethical consumption tendency: a case of skincare products in Danang

Abstract
Vietnam’s current comprehension on ethical consumption is limited in comparison with that of other countries. This survey study investigates significant factors affecting the ethical consumption tendency in Danang market. The results showed that this tendency in Danang is getting better. Product quality, perceived price and friend-relative experiences are key factors influencing the tendency. Thereby, the study provides suggestions for improving this tendency in Vietnam.
