The impacts of career exploration project through students’ change in knowledge and attitudes

Abstract
The career exploration project designed for first-year students in University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University aims to develop appropriate attitudes, knowledge, and skills towards future careers. The study evaluates the impacts of the project through students’ change in knowledge and attitudes. By means of a multicase study, it reveals that the participants enriched their career-related knowledge, whereby deciding on their career planning; furthermore, they had a positive change in their attitute towards learning specific subjects in their curriculum.
