Abstract

In the context of the globalization of education, quality is an important factor in the success of an educational institution. Therefore, educational institutions all strive to build and develop a educational quality culture; However, the results of this activity are deeply influenced by many other activities inside the school, in which management is an important activity. With the importance of quality culture, the article outlines the current situation of quality culture management in public primary schools in Loc Ninh district, Binh Phuoc province as a basis for local educational institutions to refer to improve education quality and develop a quality culture within the school.
