Abstract

The university has three main duties: teaching, conducting scientific research and serving the community in which teaching and conducting scientific research are the two basic ones. This article, therefore, aims to evaluate the reality of scientific researching activities of the officers and lecturers in Dong Thap University in period of 2006–2012 to propose solutions to promote these activities more and more effectively.
