Science - technology management at Dong Thap University

Abstract
The Party and State have confirmed that “science and technology is one of the national priority policies because it plays a key role in the national construction and defense. Besides, it is also foundation and motive for the country’s industrialization, modernization, and sustainable development”. Furthermore, scientific research plays an important role in higher education because it not only contributes to improving education quality but also creating new knowledge, new products for human advancement. We, therefore, pointed out the need for active management of science and technology in universities and proposed a number of efficient measures for those related tasks in universities.
