Abstract
Structural and diffusion mechanism in amorphous Fe-P alloy has been studied with the use of the relaxation statistic method. Three obtained models with mass density of the real amorphous Fe80P20 samples are very close to the experimental data. The result showed that the radial distribution function of amorphous models changed slightly as the relaxation increased. However, the number of the structural components and microscopic bubbles decreased sharply as the relaxation fell. This result indicated that if the relaxation occurs, the atom diffusion co-efficient will decrease because of a decrease in bubbles.
