Thực trạng quản lý hoạt động dạy học ở các trường tiểu học huyện Trà Ôn, tỉnh Vĩnh Long

Abstract

Education management in primary schools plays an important role in ensuring the quality of education, creating a solid foundation for students' development. For improvement on this task in primary schools in Tra On district, Vinh Long province, we conducted a study to assess the current situation of teaching and learning management in primary schools in Tra On district, Vinh Long province. The study was conducted using questionnaires, surveying 30 administrators in 6 primary schools in Tra On district. The results showed that the schools have implemented a system of measures to manage teaching activities which are disciplined and the quality of teaching has many positive changes; however, there are still many difficulties. Therefore, the results of this research will be a useful practical basis to help educational managers propose appropriate management measures to improve the effectiveness of teaching activities in primary schools in Tra On district in the coming time.
