Abstract

Under the Fourth Industrial Revolution, driven by remarkable advances in digital technology, the Internet, and artificial intelligence in the twenty-first century, information technology applied in education has become an inevitable requirement for innovating teaching methods and improving educational quality. In Vietnam, the 2018 General Education Program emphasizes the development of learners’ qualities and competencies in association with the promotion of information technology application in teaching and educational management as an urgent necessity. The reality in lower secondary schools in Go Dau Ward, Tay Ninh Province, shows that information technology applied has achieved certain positive results; however, several limitations remain, such as uneven implementation, disparities in teachers’ technological application capacity, and management practices that are still fragmented and lack strategic orientation. This study analyzes the current situation and proposing management measures for information technology application in teaching in order to enhance implementation effectiveness. The findings contribute to providing both scientific and practical foundations for promoting digital transformation in education, thereby meeting the demands of educational innovation and international integration.
