Some measures to improve the teacher’s role in the construction of healthy education environments

Abstract
With regard to current violence and school evils at educational institutions, constructing healthy education environments is an urgent requirement for not only the education sector, but also the society in general. For healthy educational environments, it requires managerial staffs to identify influential factors. Theories and realities in school management show that internal resources – those within the school – are indispensable, and among these resources, human beings is the most important. This article addresses the teacher’s role, and thereby proposes solutions to enhance the teacher’s role in constructing healthy education environments.
