Abstract
The study results show that 90% women married with foreigners are in difficult economic situation, low educational attainment, unstable employment and income. Up to 90% of them decided to get married with foreigners so as to improve economic life for their families and themselves. However, due to differences in culture and purposes for marriage, many of them found it unhappy living with their husbands, leading to many cases of separation or divorce.
