Fast food eating habits of consumers at Long Xuyen City

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate customers’ awareness about fast food, and describe their fast food eating habits in Long Xuyen. The research employed online and face-to-face survey with a sample size of 200 participants. The discriptive statistics results show that the consumers eat fast food because of its good taste and convenience; their fastfood eating is found on holidays or weekends, on average 2 - 4 times/month, and 6-10:30 pm is the peak time for fastfood, mainly eating at restaurants with friends/colleagues; fried chicken and solf drink are most popular at VND 30,000 – 70,000, and Lotteria is the most popolar choice.
