The current pre-school teachers in Ben Tre Province

Abstract
This paper presents the research result of current pre-school teacher group in Ben Tre Province. The study was conducted with the survey on 620 pre-school teachers from 140 kindergartens of Ben Tre City and 8 districts in the province. It showed that the teachers somehow meet the requirements of the pre-school program 2009 currently implemented across the country. Also, the study pointed out their weaknesses and proposed the necessary corrective measures.
