Thực trạng quản lý hoạt động tổ chuyên môn ở các trường trung học cơ sở huyện Đồng Phú, tỉnh Bình Phước

Abstract

The management of professional group activities refers to the organized and goal-oriented influence exerted on academic groups and teachers to ensure their operations are standardized, aligned with institutional requirements, and effective. To investigate the current professional group management in lower secondary schools in Dong Phu District, the author conducted a survey involving 123 participants of 110 teachers and 13 school managers, complemented by in-depth interviews with selected administrators and teachers. The findings indicate that the overall quality of the management was rated as fairly good, though certain limitations remain in the execution of key managerial functions. These findings provide a basis for proposing practical measures to enhance the management of professional group activities in lower secondary schools across Dong Phu District, Binh Phuoc Province.
