Abstract
“… To President Ho Chi Minh, Vietnamese language also is … a mean to lead the country”. The art of leadership is visibly manifested in Ho Chi Minh’s language. This article aims to illustrate that in the four leadership styles basing on the path-goal theory of leadership, supportive leadership or people-oriented leadership dominated his use of language.
