Abstract

This article focuses on analyzing the current English teacher development in secondary schools in the Southeast region, in order to evaluate the ability to meet current educational innovation requirements. The study focuses on aspects: planning, selection and recruitment, training, building a cultural environment and creating motivation to promote the development of the English teacher teams at secondary schools. Research results show the strengths and limitations of the teaching staff, offering the basis for proposing solutions to improve the quality of the teaching staff, contributing to improving the effectiveness of English teaching and meeting educational innovation requirements in the region.
