Abstract
The fourth industrial revolution has been making groundbreaking changes to the business model, anticipating that the main drivers of the transformation will have a profound impact on the future work landscape, from job creation to changes in position, from increasing labor productivity to widening skill gaps, etc. The Covid-19 pandemic has made that more apparent than ever. With an aim to learn the responses of businesses, ways to convert personnel and to prevent talent shortages in employment, this article, based on an analysis of current situation and trends, presents several challenges and suggests some opportunities to help businesses assess benefits and burden of 4IR with a dynamic picture of ongoing change and finds ways to stabilize skills,...
