Current digital culture development in lower secondary schools in Tam Nong District, Dong Thap Province

Abstract
The development of digital culture in schools is increasingly playing a crucial role in changing the perceptions and behaviors of administrators, teachers, staff, and students in the digital environment. This article presents the current digital culture development in lower secondary schools in Tam Nong District, Dong Thap Province, through surveys using questionnaires and in-depth interviews with administrators, teachers, and students from eight lower secondary schools in the district. The data was processed using a five-level scale to calculate mean scores, standard deviations, rankings, and levels. The results indicate that although digital culture development in lower secondary schools in Tam Nong District has received attention from schools in recent times, many limitations need to be addressed. These findings provide a practical basis for proposing solutions to overcome these shortcomings and enhance digital culture development in lower secondary schools in Tam Nong District in the future.
