Abstract

Mathematics has an age-old close relationship with all aspects of life; thus mathematics instruction should help learners thoroughly understand and be able to apply mathematics in everyday situations. One of the most efficient methods for that goal should be artifact simulations. Based on the pertinent literature, this paper presents necessary steps in mathematical simulation-based instruction with illustrated examples related to some contents of the elementary algebra subject in Mathematics Education Major.
