Main Article Content
Abstract
In order to determine factors affecting payment card users’ intent in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), the author conducted an empirical research based on unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). The results showed that performance expectancy (PE), social influence (SI), expectancy effort (EE) and faciliating conditions (FC) have statistic significances on payment card users’ intent in HCMC. On that basis, the study will help the bank managers make sound decisions and business strategies to attract customers.
