Abstract

Building the educational philosophy associated with strategic training orientations will help universities improve competitiveness. It is essential to conduct a rigorous research for constructing the Educational Philosophy for Tien Giang University drawing on an applied education. In this regard, the article presented research results related to philosophy of education, university model application-oriented learning as well as the process of building and applying educational philosophy at Tien Giang University in building training programs, building a quality culture and developing the school brand, meeting the trend globalization and international integration in higher education today..
