Abstract

Experiential learning is an effective and highly educational method. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the current situation of managing experiential and career-based activities in high schools in Go Quao District, Kien Giang Province. Data were collected from 43 administrators and 54 teachers through observation, surveys, interviews, and analysis of activity-related outputs. The survey results were processed quantitatively using a five-level scale. The findings indicate a fairly good level of planning, organizing, directing, and inspecting experiential and career orientation activities in high schools. However, some aspects remain at an average level. These research results provide a basis for proposing measures to improve the management efficiency of experiential and career orientation activities in high schools in this area.
