Abstract

Building school culture always receives the attention of the Party and State. Decision No. 1299/QD-TTg dated October 3, 2018 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Project "Building a culture of conduct in schools for the period 2018-2025". In reality, this task still focuses much on external forms without really paying attention to building internal factors such as cultural values ​​and behavioral standards. Building high schools culiture in Dong Hai district in Bac Lieu province has achieved certain results, but some limitations still exist. This article presents the results of  a survey on 106  administrators and teachers from high schools in this area about the current status of  this task as the basis for proposing measures to contribute to the improvement.
