Abstract

Competency-based social work education is an approach to the outcomes of  training  syllabi. Accordingly, students are required to demonstrate their competencies to integrate and manifest practical complex behaviors in the delivery of professional service to promote individuals, families and communities. There are nine tightly related outcome standards in which each is recognized by the competencies of performing practical behaviors based on knowledge, values, skills, and cognition of each individual.
