Abstract
Labor market looks like a social institution which requires the cooperation of every partner. In economics, labor market is known as a production factor, a service or product made by humans. It is supposed that labor market is a repeated game in which the two players are companies and laborers. Each phase of the market always embodies both the employed and the unemployed. Through game theory analysis, we would like to present the general view about employment, payment and unemployment in order to limit unfairness in the relationships between employers and employees, to increase productivity, decrease the unemployment rate and guarantee the practical salaries and the competition of the social human resource.
