Organizing scientific discovery experiences on the surroundings for kindergarten children 5-6 years old in Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province

Abstract
This article discusses the meaning and measures of organizing scientific explorations on the surroundings for preschool children 5-6 years old in Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap Province. Young children do not have the ability to find ways and explore the world around them. Preschool children are naturally curious about the surroundings. Therefore, allowingthem to experience scientific exploration from the beginning is a premise for children to perceive and have a multi-dimensional view of the world, not in a standard, rigid way, but through personal experiences. This approach creates conditions for children to come into contact with the surrounding world, develop in many aspects and stimulate their cognitive process. Experience gained in this way is not completely imparted by teachers. Teachers are only the ones who guide children to perform and children will receive knowledge through observation, analysis of phenomena and their own experiences. Children aged 5 - 6 have developed a lot to be able to fully absorb knowledge about scientific discovery and experience discovery more effectively. This apporach not only helps children in terms of cognition but also promotes all their potentials, forming and developing their personality comprehensively.
