Thực trạng quản lý hoạt động giáo dục đạo đức cho học sinh các trường trung học cơ sở ở xã Hồ Tràm, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Abstract

This article focuses on analyzing the current status of moral education management for students in secondary schools in Ho Tram commune, Ho Chi Minh city. The study uses a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire, combined with descriptive statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of management through surveying 51 managers and teachers in 3 secondary schools in the area. The results show that the management of moral education activities has achieved some positive results, especially in maintaining order, discipline and forming basic qualities for students. However, limitations are present in planning moral education activities, methods and forms of organizing activities, inspection and evaluation work, coordination between schools, families and society. In general, the management of moral education activities has had positive aspects but the limitations should be adjusted to contribute to improving the comprehensive education quality of schools in the coming time.
