The impact of training quality on graduate students’ satisfaction at Dong Thap University

Abstract
This study assesses the impact of training quality factors on the satisfaction of graduate students at Dong Thap University. The research data were collected from 300 of both current and former graduate students. Qualitative methods included Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all five factor groups in the research model achieve high reliability and convergent validity. However, the multiple linear regression analysis reveals that only four factors - Learning Environment, Functional Facilities, Teaching Staff, and Responsiveness - have a positive and statistically significant impact on students’ satisfaction, especially the Learning Environment factor; while Training Program factor does not impact at 5% level of Sig. Based on these findings, the study proposes several implications to enhance training service quality and improve the satisfaction of graduate students at Dong Thap University.
