Developing research groups is an inevitable trend of domestic and foreign scientific research organizations to gather forces and scientific intelligence to promote breakthrough development in science and technology. This article focuses on developing research groups at Dong Thap University to improve the quality and elevate the quantity of research results published in prestigious national and international scientific journals, boosting comprehensive cooperation in scientific research-technology transfer to meet current educational innovation requirements.
