Pham Van Dong – The excellent politican and educationlist of the country

Abstract
March 1, 2016, the whole country celebrates 110th birth anniversary of the Late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong, Vietnam people’s excellent culture character and the world’s prestigious leader. During his life time of revolutionary activities and leadership, he has left much heritage, in which, his whole-hearted teachings on the education issues have always been significant. The paper presents Pham Van Dong’s educational theory in the development of education, and his concerns to innovate education and teaching methods.
