Abstract
The article presents the management of professional development activities for middle school teachers at Cam Khe District, Phu Tho Province; thereby it proposes solutions for training improvements, helping teachers meet the requirements of comprehensive, fundamental innovation in education and training. The proposed solutions are highly correlated and reliably confirmed by a survey study.
