School culture - nature, content, model and building methods

Abstract
Building cultural school (culture at school) is critically and increasingly important in the context of comprehensive, fundamental innovation in education and training. However, to build school culture successfully in education-training institutions, they should examine the issues related to nature, content and model of school culture to establish the direction and initial steps. Thereby, the article presents 4 school culture models in 4 institutions.
