Abstract

While still alive, Uncle Ho was very interested in education and training. He always highlighted teachers’ position and role in improving education quality. On his instructions, this paper recommends that education staffs should understand the teaching environment, subjects, continually study for improvement, be a good example, have good teaching methods for learners’ decent acquisition, and teach theories accompanied with realities.
